Our full data practices are set out in our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• As Data Fiduciary, we collect data such as your name, KYC, phone number, location and payment information on the basis of your consent and permitted legitimate uses under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell your data, and location data is used only during active services.
• You may access, correct, update or erase your data, withdraw consent as easily as you gave it, nominate a representative, and raise grievances. We retain data only as long as needed or as law requires, and then erase it.
• In a personal-data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users within the timelines under the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025.
• Our Data Protection / Grievance Officer is contactable at the details in Section 22. You may request account and data deletion through that officer, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Messaging consent. By providing your mobile number you consent to receive transactional and service messages (such as booking, dispatch and arrival updates) by call, SMS and WhatsApp, in line with applicable telecom and data-protection regulations. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
