Parsofast Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. By selecting “I Agree”, creating an account, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms form a binding electronic agreement under Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
11. Cancellation & Refund
- You may cancel before pickup. Cancellation fees, if any, are those disclosed at the time of booking.
- Refund eligibility:
- Before pickup — partial or full refund may be available.
- After pickup — no refund applicable.
- Eligible refunds are normally processed & credited within 5–7 working days, depending on your payment method and banking partners. Fraudulent refund claims may be rejected.
